Lately God has continually revealed to me that at the heart his Kingdom message is the cross of Jesus. I believe the cross is the place where we can best see the compassion, ethic and fullness of Jesus’ message to this world. It is the place where we see a God who gave up everything to suffer for a world so that the world might become participators of his Kingdom, which is now but not yet. That is why this blog is called Calvary’s Song, for it is my heart’s hope that the message of the cross’ compassion be brought by God’s community to those who need to hear it’s message.
In June of 2009 I graduated from Fuller Seminary with my Master's in Divinty in Youth, Family and Culture. As of now I am in the process of discernment and searching post-seminary. I know I am called by God to work with youth, families, and working to see the Church be a place of justice and redemption in the world. The where God is call me is a question I still looking to answer. Other than that I spend my free time hanging out with friends, my wonderful girly friend, listening to music, reading with a cup of coffee, or spending time at the beach when I can.
